14th May '10

There was once a puppy found abandoned at the railway station in America. A professor was on his way home this night and took him home. The puppy's name was Hachi. Days past and he grew up strong and healthy. Unlike any dogs who just fetches the ball when thrown. The professor - Parker couldn't understand why. Upon approaching his Japanese friend Ken-san; his friend told him, when one day he fetches the ball for you, you'll know why. Hachi will send Parker off to work at the railway station and wait for Parker's return from work everyday without fail. On this particular day, Parker was waiting for Hachi to follow him to the station, but this time - Hachi was reluctant to follow. Parker didn't pay much attention and left. Hachi took a ball and chase after Parker until the station just before Parker enter. For the very first time, Hachi went to fetch the ball when Parker threw.

The professor was fasinated and he didn't knew that Hachi could sense him dying. Parker was having a lecture when he felt unwell and died there. On the other side, Hachi was waiting and hoping for his return but Parker didn't. The family shifted and Hachi went too. Hachi didn't stop waiting even they have shifted when he last resorted to be a stray dog and stay there. Years and years past, everyday without fail; be it sun or rain, summer or winter - he waited. For 10 years, till the very day he died while waiting.

I can't express those feelings and thoughts in words

I cried and I could feel the pain and hope
That was in Hachi, when he awaits for Parker.
The loyalty and faithfulness towards him.
Even we humans can't do that.
Hachi, the very first dog I will salute to.
A very recommended show. Really.

So today, I'm running with high fever
Didn't attend class and I was damn weak.
Sleep and sleep. Till I drag myself up to cook
Meat porridge and sleep again.
That's what Piglet ask me to do.
Ya, drag till 6 plus and headed to AMK
Search for some stuff and headed back.
Nothing much to update I think. That's it for now (:
